FAMILY PLANET IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
We are “drawing up the plans” for a “remodeled” Family Planet to better serve the needs of our changing family. Our young children are turning into young adults, and the place just needs a bit of a make-over!
While it’s still in the design stage, maybe you can help decide which walls to knock down and where to put the family credenza? A survey will be available on-line and in-class.
The best part is that we will still be able to live here during construction!
Since it is a remodel, we will keep and build on the solid foundation – teaching of the Word, prayer, and fellowship. And we will keep our prime location in the gymnasium of Central School – close to the classes for our children and young adults. We probably won’t be able to do anything to fix the heating, but maybe the warm fellowship, hot coffee, and good food will be enough to sustain us through the winter months? If not, we’re getting SNUGGIES!
We want to add welcoming “space” for those visiting and those who want to stay awhile, that they would be refreshed as they continue along the Way. In this remodel, as in the old Family Planet, may we abide in the Lord and may He abide in us.
