DUTIES: One of the great joys of my life is teaching, mentoring and loving college students. My major passion is helping our students to recover the oft neglected doctrine of vocation as a Gospel-saturated, Christ-centered, Kingdom-building way of living life. I also have the privilege of guiding our leadership team in vision, planning and training for our college ministry. I am always thinking about how we can best reach out to Wash U and participate in what God is already doing on the campus.

PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY & LIFE: My Goals are simple - Wrestle With God. Embrace Jesus. Love People.

I am ever wrestling with God and I believe that is a good thing. I trust that through it all, He is shaping me into the man, husband, friend, son and leader He has called me to be. In wrestling with God I seek to embrace Jesus in faith and love. I want my grip on him to be a joyful response for his grip on me.
I want to love others with the same love God has for me. This means being with people, opening up my life and home to students, listening to the stories of others and pointing them to the real hope of Union with Christ.

EDUCATION: BA - English Literature from the REAL USC (University of South Carolina). Masters of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary.
