Portrait of a Godly Man: Flawed, Forgiven, and Faithful

What does it mean to be a man after God’s own heart?  How do we as flawed men become faithful men who pursue God’s purpose for us with strength and endurance?  Pastor Chris Smith from Covenant Presbyterian Church in St. Louis will give us insight from God’s word through reflections on the life of the Apostle Peter that will encourage, equip, and challenge us to walk with the Lord and with other men more deeply.  In addition to Chris’s teaching, we will enjoy guided small group discussions, hearty singing, and plenty of down time to rest and to get to know other men over a good drink, a good meal, or a hike in the woods.  This is a terrific time to gain renewed focus and discover new companions for following the Lord together in the new year.
