Current Opportunities
PEEPs Teachers
Central Presbyterian's early childhood education program, PEEPs, is presently seeking substitutes and teachers to join our staff family - a group of women praying for one another, celebrating together, and serving the Lord alongside each other. From 8:20-2:15 on M, W, and F, we train kids to love God and each other. Embedded in recess and the alphabet are stories of God’s love and provision. PEEPs is much more than a preschool, it is a safe place for kids and staff alike to experience the great love of Christ. Please contact Christine Vandervoort with any questions or click here to apply. To learn more about PEEPs, please visit our web page.
administrative assistant, business office systems
As we continue to seek to glorify God and effectively serve his people through the administrative functions of the church, it is our desire to operate the business functions of the Church with increasingly efficient and wise administration. To that end, we are seeking an administrative assistant who will facilitate and support current and future business administration systems. On average, this part-time position will require 20 - 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, accurate, a self-starter, and highly organized. Additionally, it is important for this person to have demonstrable flexibility in tackling a wide range of varied and sometimes-dynamic tasks. General duties will include service to members in accurately recording and reporting tithing records; service to ministry staff and leaders in the areas of finance tracking and bill paying; provide support to the Business Manager in tracking assigned projects; coordination of assigned mailing and electronic communications projects; and other general administrative duties. Priority consideration given to members of Central Presbyterian Church.
