Spring Storm 2017
Spring Storm is Central's annual retreat for kids in grades 4-6. This year we are going to Lake Williamson in Carlinville, IL April 28-30. Our own Andrew Dickson, Director, Student Ministry, will be our speaker.
During our chapel times, Andrew will be leading the group through a series of talks based on Matthew 6:10, "Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." The thrust of the messages will be how Jesus' kingdom flips our world upside down as He brings heaven down to earth... all the while promising the first will be last, the weak will be strong, and the humble will be exalted. It's upside-down, backwards, and beyond what we can imagine.
In between chapel times, there will be plenty of time for fellowship and fun. Together, we'll enjoy archery, basketball, mini-golf, blacklight dodgeball, swimming, music, and more!
