Ways to Watch

Whether you’re watching from a desktop, mobile device, or TV there are multiple platforms to access our services.

If the Video Won’t Load

We suggest trying a different web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, etc.) or a different platform (see platforms above).  Depending on the device you’re watching from each browser/platform may process videos differently leading to faster or easier loading, so switching may resolve the issue.

If the video is buffering:
  • If you’re on a home network, make sure multiple people aren’t streaming content simultaneously, this can put a heavy load on your network reducing speeds and leading to excessive buffering.
  • If you’re on a public network, consider using your mobile device as a hotspot instead of wifi so you have a dedicated connection. This can also work from home, if you live in an area where high speed internet is unavailable.

If the Audio Is Too Loud/Soft

  • Most devices have multiple volume settings, a master (set in your Preferences) and one on the media itself (typically near the player controls).  Make sure you’ve set both accordingly to adjust the volume to your liking.

Where Can I Find Past Services

  • Services are archived by year in our Vimeo channels, the most recent Sunday service can be found in the 2020 Services channel (https://vimeo.com/channels/1609350). If you're looking for an older service, find the appropriate year and scroll through the posts until you find the date you're looking for.
  • If you’re looking for anything else, the search function on Vimeo is fantastic. You can search by pastor, date, scripture passage, sermon series, or title.
