Central is located in a residential neighborhood.  Street parking is very limited and fills up quickly on Sunday mornings. 

Convenient remote parking within easy walking distance of the church is available at the following locations:

  • The parking garage behind Central Christian School, which is located a half block north of the church on the east side of Hanley Road.  Shuttle bus service is available from the front of the school before, during and after the worship services on Sunday morning.
  • On Sunday mornings there is also convenient remote parking located at the office building at 7930 Clayton Road, behind the former Layton’s restaurant.  Shuttle busses run before, during and after the worship services.  This is a great location for families to use since there is ample parking and the kids love riding the shuttle.
  • On Sunday mornings and for special events, the parking lot at the old Schnucks store at the northeast corner of Clayton and Hanley Road is available. This lot is within easy walking distance from the church.

In general, weekday parking around the church is one hour or No Parking, Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. There are no restrictions along North Biltmore in front of the three houses the church owns at 818, 820 and 824 N. Biltmore. Parking for weddings and funerals is exempted from the one-hour restriction.

If you do park on the street near the church, please obey the parking signs and do not block a driveway, which means parking clear of the driveway flare at the curb.  Considerate parking is one of the ways we seek to “love our neighbors”.
