Easter Season

New sermon series starts right after Easter

Sunday, Apr. 16 | 8:30AM & 11:15AM

The risen Jesus whom we celebrate on Easter has conquered death and offers us hope for all of eternity. And yet, we can be tempted to live our lives between Sundays as if it never happened. We often search for meaning in our work, in our relationships, in sports, in school. We sometimes search for meaning in more harmful things, too. What Easter shows us is that Jesus is greater than all other things in which we might be tempted to place our hope. Only Jesus can give us lasting hope. But what does that mean, and how does that apply to our lives? Starting next Sunday, April 16th, we will begin a new sermon series entitled, “Jesus is Greater.” Join us for this new sermon series and continue to discover a lasting hope in the only place that it can be found: Jesus.

Explore the Claims of Christianity

What is the best news that you have ever heard? Was it surprising? Did it change the way you think? Or was it something you wanted to be true but didn't dare hope? Christianity Explored is a way of sharing the best news ever heard, and gives people space and time to think about the big questions of life. You don’t need to know anything about the Bible and you won’t be asked to read aloud, pray or sing. Our aim is to help you investigate Christianity in a relaxed and accessible way. Join us here at Central this Wednesday, April 12th for dinner at 5:30 p.m. and conversation beginning at 6:30 p.m.
