About the Event

Men's Ministry

God does not intend for men to struggle and fight their personal battles alone. Are you are a man who would like to discover a place where you can be real about the issues in your life? A place where you can join other men who want to walk together and support each other in following Christ? Then come and join men from Central as we gather to study and discuss the seven-week Bible study “The Man Who Makes a Difference” on Thursdays in the Fellowship Hall from 7:00-8:30 p.m., February 23-April 13 (no study on Holy Thursday, April 6).

This Bible study moves through the apostle Paul’s letter to the Ephesians to help us answer fundamental questions about living as a man in the modern world: What should a man be and do? What should define him? What should be the goal of his life? What does it mean to be a Christian man; a Christian brother, husband, father, worker?

While there is no “homework,” we will use a simple study booklet during each session to guide our learning and discussion, and each lesson will be followed by small group discussions to help us apply what we’re learning and to experience the strength of linking arms with others who walk with us on the journey of being transformed by God’s grace into men who make a difference. If you would like to participate, please contact Mike Farley (314-630-5702; mfarley@centralpres.com).
