Neighboring: Extending Christ's Love to Our Neighbors

Topic: In an isolated, lonely world where most of us don’t know the neighbors who live and work around us, God calls us to be ambassadors of his hospitality and grace. To help us embrace this calling, all adult Sunday school classes will begin the fall semester by focusing together on biblical hospitality, studying why and how God calls and equips us to love the neighbors that he has placed around us. All classes will combine for three weeks as guest teachers Chris and Elizabeth McKinney lead us through a study of biblical principles and practical methods for welcoming and loving neighbors based on their thriving ministry to next-door neighbors and their book Placed for a Purpose. The McKinneys work for Cru’s City Ministry as associate staff of The Crossing Church (EPC) in Columbia, Missouri.
