Vicki Tatko is leading a study of the Old Testament book of Proverbs. While we live in an age with more information available to us than ever before, life's challenges suggest that information alone does not lead to human flourishing. For that we need wisdom. This study will examine how Proverbs 1-9 teaches us biblical wisdom is, where it comes from, why it's important, and how to grow in it, so that we might better live God's way in God's world. The class will also help us understand how to interpret the whole book of Proverbs and other parts of Scripture where wisdom is a prominent theme, like Psalms, Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, and the book of James.
