In May of 2020, Marty and Diana Guise began to serve through Union Chrisitan Church in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The church is one of two English-speaking churches in the capital city and serves a variety of missionaries, school teachers, Embassy workers, expats, and English-speaking Hondurans. After struggling this past year through a multitude of COVID-driven restrictions, the church has begun to grow again and God has been bringing in many new faces. Because of the nature of being an English-speaking church in a Spanish-speaking country, we strive to engage and equip believers to fulfill their calling to serve God in whatever capacity that may be. Therefore, while we are evangelistic, we focus more efforts on equipping people to know and to share the Word. Outside of the church ministry, Marty and Diana open their home to people in need, seek to encourage others serving, and endeavor to be a support wherever possible. Diana also began teaching at a bi-lingual Christian school in August of 2021.
