EPC World Outreach missionaries Stephen and Belinda train leaders through European Training Center (ETC), operating 13 courses of training in Europe and the North Africa Middle East area, equipping them to evangelize through Believers of Muslim Background (BMB). Under the auspices of EPC World Outreach, teams of ETC students and others travel four times a year to evangelize among Syrian refugees in Germany.
